The Technology Leadership Experience Program

Through a combination of virtual live workshops, peer group sessions, capability assessments, and mentoring, the program does more than build the next generation of IT leaders; it creates a powerful IT leadership community.

TechLX Consists of 4 Component Parts!

1. Individualised Leadership Capability Assessment: Through our exclusive ITSkill Builder Assessment tool, every program participant will be assessed on the 15 essential core competencies that IT Leaders need today. Based on their current role and the next role they aspire to, learn which capabilities they meet, exceed and what are their developmental opportunities

2. Professional Development Workshops: Participants will participate in 3 professional development workshops on the capabilities that are most critical to today’s IT Leaders. Each workshop is delivered in 4 live virtual modules.

• Driving Change Across The Enterprise


3. Mentoring Calls: Between the workshops, participants will be paired off with a Senior IT Leader that will serve as their IT Mentor. Through a series of monthly mentorship calls, participants will have the ability to learn, grow and receive guidance from and experienced IT leader. This individual one on one support is the perfect compliment to the workshops.


4. Peer Sessions: In addition to learning from mentors, a structure will be provided for participants to learn from and support each other. Participants will be placed in peer groups that will meet between the workshops to jointly discuss opportunities, challenges or problems they may be facing. They will benefit from the cross pollination across organisations and industries of knowledge, background and diversity of experience in their peer group. This is the favourite component of the program for many participants. Knowing they are not the only one facing the same challenges and having the input from peers proves to be invaluable.

Program Investment

The investment per participant in the program is $4,995. If you would like to send multiple participants, the investment for 3 or more is $3,995 per participant. There is a maximum of 4 participants per organisation allowed in any single cohort.

• Workshop delivery by the RGI senior facilitators

• Selection and matching participants to their mentor

• Assigning participants to their peer groups
